What kind of paperwork will the talk cover?
The Easy Start Talk focuses on the general layout and common features of retirement benefit statements, correspondence from pension providers, and basic record-keeping practices. It is not tied to any specific country's system, but we can signpost relevant official bodies for your home country at the end.
Do I need to bring anything to the Document Sorting session?
Bring whatever paperwork you have — even if it feels disorganised or incomplete. The whole point of the session is to help you sort through what you have, identify what might be missing, and create a labelled folder to take home. Nothing needs to be in order before you arrive.
How many people attend each session?
We keep groups small so that each person has space to ask questions and work at their own speed. Talks typically have between four and eight participants. Document Sorting sessions are capped at four to allow for individual attention.
Can I join the Gentle Learning Membership part-way through a topic?
Yes. Sessions within the membership are self-contained enough that joining at any point works well. You also have access to the resource library which lets you catch up on topics covered in earlier sessions at your own pace.
